During the height of the Spring 2020 Coronavirus lockdown, between late April and early June, we were asking the public across Leicester Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR) to tell us about their experiences of health and care support.
We have been interviewing people in Rutland with long term or multiple health conditions in order to understand their experiences of care at their GP surgery.
1383 people across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland completed a survey from local Healthwatch and Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG), that ran from 30 April to 7 June 2020. Of these there were 135 responses from people in Rutland.
During 2019-20 we continued to assert ourselves as an independent champion to put Rutland people at the heart of decisions as the health and care environment moves towards an integrated care system and single strategic commissioning body.
