Oakham Medical Practice staff have recently undertaken many actions to improve clinical management and patient access to appointments.
Healthwatch Rutland in collaboration with the practice's Patient Participation Group are visiting the practice over a number of weeks in August and September 2023 to talk to patients about experiences of all aspects of care following the changes (see dates below).
For the many patients we won’t see during those visits, we are running a short survey until 15 September 2023. Your feedback is anonymous, and it will be used to write a report on your experiences which will be shared with the service providers and the public.
We ask you please to think and respond specifically about your experiences at Oakham Medical Practice during 2023 only.
