Healthwatch Rutland wants to find out more about how you have experienced care overall from your GP surgery. If you have had one or more appointments in the last 12 months we would like to hear from you.

Which members of the medical staff treated you?

Were you happy with the treatment and care you received?

Were you able to explain your condition in a confidential setting?

If you were referred to another clinic or hospital, what was your experience?

We are conducting confidential interviews (either over the phone or in person) and also offering focus groups where 6 to 8 people can come together to discuss their experiences and ideas about how they have and would like to receive care from their GP surgery. The focus groups will run for 2 hours and we will take the opportunity to discuss some of the changes that are happening at GP practices around the country before discussing your own experiences and hopes for the future.

The study will run until the end of March. The information gathered will be used to create a report to be shared with local commissioners and providers of healthcare services, and all feedback from interviews and focus groups will be anonymous.

If you would like to share your experiences and ideas to help our study, please complete the form below or:
