NHS GP patient experience survey

The local NHS wants to hear about your recent experiences of healthcare provided by local GP practices, in a new survey that has been arranged by NHS Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland and groups of GP practices, known as primary care networks.
Doctor and Patient

All GP practices are working in new ways to make sure everyone gets the right care from a suitably qualified healthcare professional. The range of health professionals who can provide care has been expanded and video, online and telephone consultations have been introduced, along with digital services, to make it easier for people to get what they need. For example, you can use the NHS App to request repeat prescriptions and view your GP record and correspondence.

The survey asks about your experiences of contacting your practice, making an appointment and the care you received. It will help practices to understand the impact of these new ways of working as well as people’s general experiences.

The survey is open to anybody aged 16 years or over and who is registered with a GP practice in Leicester, Leicestershire or Rutland. All information provided by respondents will be anonymous and will be independently analysed.

The closing date for completed questionnaires is 23.59pm on Sunday 10 March 2024.

You can fill in the questionnaire here or collect a hard copy from your GP practice:
