The NHS in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland is asking people to be prepared ahead of the Easter bank holiday weekend 7 to 10 April

During this time GP practices will be closed and if urgent health advice is required, please contact NHS111 online www.111.nhs.uk or phone 111. This service provides self-care advice on common ailments and, if necessary, they can arrange for you to see a nurse or doctor at a local urgent care service. It can also be used for emergency repeat prescription guidance.

Your Pharmacist - a qualified health professional – can give you advice or suggest over-the-counter medicines.
