Healthwatch Lincolnshire is working closely with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)* to learn more about how Health and Care Services are working together to best support residents.

To support Healthwatch Lincolnshire in this work, it is important you tell them what your experience is like of how Health and Social Care Services work together, such as GP practices, Hospitals, Community Health or Social Care.

Healthwatch Lincolnshire are specifically looking for people who have experience of using multiple services across health and social care. For example, you may have been referred by your GP practice to the hospital and as a result, require the need for home care support. Your responses to the questions will help shape future inspections and regulations of these services.
