About this event
Do you care for someone who has dementia or memory loss? Do you or the person living with dementia live in Rutland? Are you age 18 and over?
It can be a frightening and lonely experience, and it is not easy to know who to turn to for help and advice. YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
The Dementia Participation Group is made up of people who have lived experience of caring for a person living with dementia and professionals from Health and Social Care. The next community meeting is in Ketton, where you are welcome to come and listen, chat, seek advice, and work alongside Rutland County Council services to improve the dementia provision in Rutland.
The Admiral Nurse Team will be there to provide information and support.
