The Patient Participation Group for Oakham Medical Practice is holding an open evening on 22 October where you will be able to hear from local community service providers about the care and support they offer to residents. Representatives of the following services will give short talks:
- Rutland Integrated Social Empowerment team (RISE) on social prescribing and the JOY online marketplace for health and care services
- Local NHS Pharmacy First services
- Rutland Health Primary Care Network on Enhanced GP Access services
