The NHS in Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland (LLR) has published the new five-year plan which sets out how it will work collaboratively to improve health and care services and outcomes for patients across the city and counties for the future.
The strategy is for everyone affected by dementia – people with a diagnosis of dementia, their families and carers, and people and organisations who work to support them.
Progress made during the first year of the Rutland Health and Wellbeing Strategy and Place Plan is described in the Health and Wellbeing Board Annual Report.
