Leicestershire and Rutland County Councils want to hear your views to assess the current and future health and social care needs for local people in the latter stages of life.

Your views will be vital in improving how the council provide health and social care services for residents who are near the end of their lives in Leicestershire and Rutland.

As part of this work by the county councils, they have developed a survey to help better understand the experiences and priorities of those who:

  • have experienced a bereavement 
  • either currently or have previously been a carer for a friend or family member nearing the end of life
  • are currently working as a formal carer or in end of life/palliative care services
